Supporting others starts with supporting yourself.
Dental assisting is a rewarding career, but it can also be physically demanding, emotionally intense and fast-paced.
Many Dental Assistants experience high levels of stress, psychological distress and burnout due to the pressures of supporting patients, managing clinical workflows and carrying the emotional load that comes with patient care.
Over time, this can impact your mental health, confidence, job satisfaction and ability to perform at your best.
Yet too often, self-care is pushed aside in the day-to-day demands of the workplace.
This practical webinar will help you better understand the mental health challenges unique to dental assisting and give you practical, evidence-based strategies to manage stress, prevent burnout and build resilience — both at work and beyond.
